Kashyap’s Kathegalu

It’s a new day of a new year 2021, I couldn’t sleep after 6 AM. I’m a morning person as I always tell myself. Who doesn’t like winter mornings isn’t it? I quickly pondered over my social media stories to see who is doing what for a new year! After spending 30 mins or so doing nothing but judging others based on their feed, decided to go on a short ride. Oh well, there’s a new entry to life- I would like to call him dug-dug. Of course, it’s my new Royal Enfield.

It was a sunny morning, thankfully. I started curving my way in the streets to not ruin those pretty rangolis all wishing new year to everyone! It was meant to be a short ride of 30–40 Kms. Cruising through villages one by one, out of all the chaos in town, It was a much needed start to the new year. Birds chirping, breezing wind over my helmet, rusty metallic clicks of gear are all the sound that I could hear.

Feeling cold, stopped for chai in one of the villages. Sipping the hot Tea, all my energies kicked in! While I was taking snaps of my bike and Tea, other guy who was at Tea stall was curiously looking at me. He made me conscious that I stopped taking pics at all the angles possible. I gave one close lipped wide smile to him and quietly went away.

That’s all about a short looking back on my 1st Morning of 2021. Back home, feeling fresh, elated, hungry! Made some memories, gained some Vitamin-D :P
